Channel Manager

ISLE Surf & SUP is a San Diego based stand up paddle board and surfboard brand that has been in business since 2004. As a channel manager, I was responsible for managing all sales channels which included their website, Amazon, and eBay. In addition to managing sales channels, I also managed paid advertising, SEO, web development, customer service, and logistics to and from 3PL’s and Amazon FBA warehouses.

PEAK Paddle Boards

Channel Manager

PEAK Paddle Boards is a sister brand to ISLE Surf & SUP. Founded in 2015, this brand was primarily sold on Amazon until 2018 when I launched an e-commerce site to take sales off Amazon. We advertised heavily on Amazon using Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, Video in Search as well as Google Ads. Within 3 years, this brand was able to scale to over $6 M in revenue with over 10,000 paddle boards being sold in one year.

BAD BOY

E-Commerce Manager

BAD BOY is an iconic lifestyle brand founded in the 80’s that has since moved into the action sports industry. Here, I launched a new Magento website with multiple stores for B2C, B2B, and a B2C store for their lifestyle brand BAD BOY Club. I then setup Brightpearl, an ERP system to support 3PL integrations to multiple fulfillment centers around the world. Additionally, I launched and managed Amazon in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, and France.

BlissLights

E-Commerce Manager

BlissLights manufacturers holographic laser lighting products that product thousands of laser pinpoints that can be used indoor or outdoor to produce a mesmerizing atmosphere. They own a patent on their technology, and quickly blew up after striking a deal with QVC, Sams Club, Home Depot, and Target which resulted in over 30k units sold in a 24-hour period while on QVC. Here, I helped them migrate from Quickbooks to Fishbowl to streamline processes. I also got them setup with Amazon Vendor Central which quickly evolved into $20k+ PO’s within a few months. I also got them setup with Google Adwords and managed budgets in excess of $50k per month.

Brand Manager

Crowd & Company was founded by the former CEO of Lifeproof after it was sold to Otterbox. Here, we helped startup businesses by handling everything from their e-commerce websites, marketing & advertising, manufacturing, and logistics. This allowed brand owners to focus on product design and branding. Here, I managed multiple brands in various industries including car audio, lighting, water filtration, phone accessories and more. Their parent company WorldTrans provided logistics and fulfilment services, saving clients a fortune to import product and fulfill orders.

Lifeproof

E-Commerce Consultant

Lifeproof disrupted the cell phone case industry in 2011 when it designed and patented the first waterproof cell phone case for the iPhone 4. After launching their Magento site, and accepting pre-orders, they quickly received 10,000+ orders within a few months. I helped them formulate a proper e-commerce strategy to support the rapid growth. Additionally, we launched on Amazon, and managed to get the brand gated to prevent counterfeit sellers. The brand was later sold to Otterbox.
